Fees and Levies
Catholic Regional College North Keilor is conscious of the financial pressures on families and as such, attempts to keep tuition costs to a minimum so as not to further burden families.
College Tuition Fees 2026

MacBook Device Program
All students who enrol at the College will be provided with an Apple MacBook Device Bundle as per the CRC North Keilor Device Program.
Payment of Tuition Fees and Levies
All families are required to complete a School Fee Payment Agreement prior to their child commencing at the College. A range of payment options is available, including weekly, fortnightly, monthly and by term Direct Debit or Credit Card payments. A Statement of College Tuition Fees and Levies is sent to families early in Term 1.
Discounts
Early Payment Discount
An early payment discount of $150 per student (equal to 2.6% of the Annual Tuition Fee) is applicable where the fee account is paid in full by 28 February 2026.
Sibling Discount
Families with more than one child enrolled at any Catholic Regional College Federation secondary school will receive a $400 discount for each CRCNK enrolled student/s.
Government Allowance – CSEF
The College encourages families who hold a Centrelink Concession Card to complete a CSEF form, which can be obtained from the College Accounts Office. Parents or Guardians who hold a valid concession card are entitled to assistance in the form of the Government “Camps Sport Excursion Funding” (CSEF) allowance of $400 per student, which is credited to the school fee account.
NOTE: All CSEF forms must be submitted to the Finance Office for processing by 29 May 2026.
Financial Hardship
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to contact the College Business Manager if they are experiencing financial hardship. The College understands that circumstances can and do change, and as such, we are very open to assisting in times of need. In such cases, it is very important that there is a clear line of communication between the family and the College.
