When do Year 7 Enrolments open?

Enrolments open at the beginning of your child's Grade 5 year and close in Term 3 of the Grade 5 year. The College is currently accepting Applications for Enrolment for students commencing in Year 7, 2021.

Do you accept Enrolment Applications at other Year Levels?

Applications for Enrolment for students in other year levels may be made at any time. 

What is the Criteria for Enrolment?

Priority for enrolment is given to Catholic children residing within the Catholic Regional College North Keilor zone boundary and attending a Priority Parish Primary School. Detailed information regarding Enrolment criteria can be found at Enrolment Policy

What if my child does not meet the Criteria for Enrolment?

Applications from students who do not meet the enrolment criteria may be considered if positions are available.

The College Principal reserves the right to exercise discretion in consideration of the individual pastoral needs of students and their families. 

What documentation is required when submitting an Application for Enrolment?

Parents/guardians are required to submit the following documentation when applying for Enrolment:

• A completed Application for Enrolment Form signed by the Parish Priest
• Two separate documents confirming proof of residential address
• Copies of last school report and NAPLAN results for non-year 7 application
